Sometimes you have no control of what life throws at you, but you CAN choose your attitude and how you react to situations.

Yesterday my endometriosis won again and despite having to have surgery I chose to go with the flow and choose to not stress (as best as I could). Surgery is not easy no matter how big or small, but you can overcome more than you might think. I’ve unfortunately had my fair share of surgeries in my 35 years and sorry to say I’m probably not out of the clear for quite a while.

Endometriosis is a silent but very painful illness, and some days are harder than others. It’s difficult when others can’t physically see what you are struggling with. Years ago, I used to suffer in silence, but I am much more open about my journey now after having found supplements that have not only helped to balance my hormones but also helped manage my pain and inflammation and give me more energy too.

There are so many that struggle in silence too, but I truly hope my story can help just one other person to also feel better, have more energy, and know there can be a better way despite the circumstances.

Not many people knew about my surgery this week but I’m extremely proud that I bounced back after just one day on bed rest. It was a quick surgery but none the less a very painful one. If you are struggling too or ever have any questions or just want someone to have a listening ear, my messages are always open.

Infertility, endometriosis, IVF, miscarriages, surgeries, wellness supplements, etc….I’m honestly a pretty open book.

xoxo
